Know what you actually made. Never overextend your bankroll.
GrailDesk is the P&L and discipline layer for people who flip and invest in trading cards. True profit after every eBay fee, postage, packaging, grading cost and refund. Bankroll rules you set and the app enforces. Deal alerts scored for resellers, not collectors.
The sign-up form needs JavaScript. To join, email REPLACE_WITH_OWNER_EMAIL with the subject "GrailDesk waitlist".
Founding Trader: the Trader plan at £9 a month or £90 a year, locked for as long as you keep the subscription. First 100 subscribers only, offered to the waitlist first. No card details now.
Price guides tell you what a card is worth. GrailDesk tells you what you made.
Collection trackers and price guides already exist, and some are good. They stop at the price. The money is made or lost after it: in fees, postage, grading, refunds, dead stock and buying more than your bankroll can carry.
True profit after everything
Buy price, eBay fees from UK fee rules you can adjust, postage, packaging, grading, refunds and time to sale. Profit and ROI per item and per month. Realised and unrealised, kept apart. Unsold stock valued at cost so you can see what is tied up.
Discipline the app enforces
Capital released in tranches, a cap per card, a cap on unsold stock, and unlock criteria you set. A warning before any purchase that would break a rule. The default template is the one we trade with ourselves.
Tuned for resellers
Score-ranked eBay listings, misspellings and below-band asking prices, from a scoring engine that has run live for months. Alerts link to the listing. GrailDesk never buys or bids on your behalf.
Every number says where it came from
- 01Sold, asking or yours. Every price carries its source and type. Asking prices are context and are never shown as sold prices or averaged into one.
- 02Your own sales come first. What you actually sold a card for, after fees, is the best evidence you have. GrailDesk treats it that way.
- 03No scraping. Data comes from sources that permit it, under their terms, or from you.
- 04Information, not advice. Values are estimates and markets move. GrailDesk is not a financial adviser and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell.
Priced in pounds. The price you see is the price you pay.

Questions we expect
- When does it open?
- A founders beta for the waitlist is planned for mid-November 2026, with public launch at the end of November 2026. Dates can move. The waitlist hears first, and Founding Trader is offered to it before anyone else.
- Which cards does it cover?
- Pokémon, football (Topps Premier League and Chrome) and F1 (Topps Chrome) at launch. Other games follow as licensed price data allows. The ledger and bankroll rules work for any card you record.
- Where do prices come from?
- From your own recorded sales, from current eBay asking prices (always labelled as asking, never as sold), and from sold prices you enter yourself. GrailDesk does not scrape any site.
- Does GrailDesk buy or bid for me?
- No. Alerts link to the eBay listing and you decide. Nothing in GrailDesk spends your money.
- Is this financial advice?
- No. GrailDesk shows you your own figures and market context. Values are estimates, not guarantees, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, hold or sell.
- Who can subscribe?
- UK customers at launch. Other countries follow once the tax registrations are in place.
- What happens to my email address?
- It is used to tell you when GrailDesk opens and, if you ticked the box, to offer you the Founding Trader price. Nothing else. You can ask for it to be removed at any time.
